What does leadership actually mean? Are there differences between female and male leadership? Where do challenges to leading as a woman show up? Our patron of the program, Dr.in Nina Moyer (Head of Global Human Resources at SCHOTT AG), has been a leader for over ten years. In the talk, she will give an overview of the topic of leadership / female leadership and talk about her own experiences. We are very much looking forward to the exchange!
